Nick Cordle joins Omnium Gatherum
Official debut show with a new lineup at Tuska festival on Friday
The world's best adult-oriented death metal band Omnium Gatherum will perform at Tuska in Helsinki on Friday, officially for the first time with their new line-up: Nick Cordle, who was already on the band's first successful North American headliner tour earlier this year, will take on the duties as Omnium Gatherum's second guitarist, alongside the OG band leader and guitarist Markus Vanhala.
"We are proud to announce that Nick Cordle will be joining the OG horde. After a banging North American tour with this guitar hero, he is most welcome to participate in our shenanigans across the world!"
Cordle, who is known not only as a guitarist but also as a distinguished songwriter in Arch Enemy, arrived to Finland earlier this week and is excited about the future with Omnium Gatherum.
"I could not be happier to be joining my long time friends in OG. We will shred Tuska in a few days and this is just the beginning", Cordle says.
Last year, Omnium Gatherum released their acclaimed new studio album Origin, which rose to the fifth place on Finland's official album charts. The band will be touring around Europe later this year with Fleshgod Apocalypse.
